We have a 21 day refund and replacement policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to address any issues below.
Returns
We do not accept returns of any products as the products are printed to order. Once your order is placed we start production within 24 Hours.
Cancellations can be made anytime before 24 hours by reaching out the email below but can not be processed after production has started.

Refunds
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact immediately via email or the shop's contact form. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can enquire for a refund.
Once the refund has been approved, you will automatically be refunded on the original payment method.
Damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact via email or the shop's contact form if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item.
We will be sorry to hear this but our team will look thoroughly into the order and problem, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add good quality photos so we can see the issue clearly.
Once the claim has been evaluated and approved. You will be notified via email about your new order and we can send to you a replacement item to rectify the problem soon after.
Once you have received the replacement item. You can donate, recycle or upcycle the defective product.
